I met many interesting people at the Farmers Market and
bought sausage made from reindeer, lamb, pork and berries.
The 4-H students had several exhibits which included
complementary food. Bread on a stick that you baked over
an open file. Also bananas with chocolate baked in Aluminum
foil over an open fire.
Photos include
Odd Ohnstad Lamb shoulder
Ashild and Anders Soylands Beigard Honey
4H Soup Froya, Jacob, Brage
4H Chocolate-Banana Smors Johan, Joachim, Ingeborg
And many others

A trip just north of the Palace took me to the Olso Microbrewery
or Mikrobryggeriet as its is called. I met three French students
who are studying at University 40 kilometers from Oslo.
They were Clement, Colomban, and Paul.

When I told them my preferences in beer, they suggested the Porter.
It was a good choice.
